Yes, you do. Once the payment had been submitted you will receive an instant automated confirmation e-mail from our webpage and in the next 24 hours after checking the information you provided you will receive an e-mail with a reservation voucher with details and instructions.

Any extras will be shown during the booking process. The total price is fixed and includes all applicable taxes. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden charges.

Credit card details are transmitted over the internet using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system. By using this method, we protect your credit card details from unauthorized access.

You can make changes to your booking free of charge online, by e-mail or by phone 24 hours before the service. However, there are might be extra charges if the changes include further distance or different vehicle types.

Transfers Services

You can book your transfer online through our webpage . Select the one-way or roundtrip choice, fill dates, pickup location, drop-off location in case of roundtrip transfer, number of passengers, and click the search button to see the all available transfer services for this route.

Contact Name: Lead name for the whole party travelling, mobile phone number, pick up and drop off location: area, hotel or specific address, flight details with times and an e-mail address.

Unless you provide us in the comments a specific time you will find the pickup time on the transfer reservation voucher.

Your return pick-up time will be calculated from us and it will be written in the transfer reservation voucher. If you wish a specific time please let us know so that we can plan for this in advance.

The standard luggage allowance is one suitcase which should not exceed 90cm x 75cm and one hand luggage 56cm x 45cm without any weight limit.

You can cancel your reservation
via e-mail
up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer pickup or arrival time free of charge. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to 100% cancellation fees.By making a booking with us you agree to pay the full cost of the booked service in case of cancellation within the chargeable cancellation period.

You are strongly advised to tick the need for a child seat or a baby seat during the reservation process and to give the age of each child in the comments box on the same page.
This service is free of charge.

It’s essential that you take your reservation voucher with you on your transfer. This must be shown to the driver or our representative.

Our driver will come to pick you up at your desired destination. If your transfer starts at the airport, our representative/driver will be waiting for you at the exit holding a tag/sign with the passenger’s name provided on it.

Your flight will be monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated.

Yes. In the rare case that we can’t supply you with the Kos transport service you have booked, we will refund you.

Cars Services

You will need to bring your driving license with you when you come to collect your car. You must have held a driving license for at least one year.
Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid international Drivers' License along with their regular Drivers' License.

Yes. When you pick up the car, the representative will ask you to leave a deposit in case of Damage or Theft of the car during your rental. The deposit/guarantee amount will be temporarily blocked/charged on the credit card of the main driver and held for the duration of the rental.
Once you return the car back without damage, the deposit/guarantee amount will be released/ refunded to the credit card. The chargeback might take seven to 21 working days, depending on your bank.
If for any reason the main driver’s card does not have enough funds for the deposit, the representative might not give you the car or might offer you additional insurances/cover to waive the deposit/guarantee amount.

Only drivers mentioned in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the rental vehicle. If the car is used by a non-authorized driver the insurance stops to apply.
